Canava Roussos Winery

Family-owned Canava Roussos has been producing the renowned wines of Santorini since 1836. As part of the remaining eastern half of an exploded volcano, the island's unique ecosystem and fertile soil are ideal for growing the select varieties of grapes that go into Canava Roussos wines. Lifetimes of experience have passed from generation to generation so that with consistency, continuity and absolute respect for an ancient tradition, expression is given to the island's unique art of winemaking.
