Stored in oak barrels, this dry white wine has a light lemon color with flashes of gold and a bouquet of honeydew melon with gentle hints of honeycomb and vanilla. It is best served at 50° - 54°F with grilled fish, smoked meats and sausage, white sauces and mature cheeses.
